I love to work from boardrooms to backstreets — an organisational consultant and nature guide who found himself in dialogue with youth, police, and communities.
I foster genuine connections through open dialogue and nature-based programs. Where we meet each other and ourselves on a clean sheet. Slow down, away from hectic life, embraced by the gentle, heart-opening power of nature.
There, we go through a facilitated process, safe and reflective, that empowers people, teams, and young talents to grow together and come to results.

Where needed, I help bridge differences — we can start in neighbourhoods and in meeting rooms — where people, teams, and societies can reconnect, mature, become concrete, and move forward together.
