Empowering Leadership Through Dialogue
'Humans are spirited beings with an innate eagerness to develop.'
My mission is to help vulnerable sparks of inspiration ignite into an engaging fire of change. Facilitate growth by fostering open dialogue and immersive nature experiences, helping people, organisations, and communities connect deeply for authentic development.
My Mission
Core values
No vision, no development.
No connection, no engagement.
I believe in the power of meeting — truly meeting — ourselves and one another.
Dialogue and nature open spaces where individuals and teams can explore, reflect, and collaborate in honest ways. Challenges then become opportunities for growth, as persons and as groups.
Healing is essential in this. No healing, no development.
Facing our fears, hick-ups, and struggles is key to becoming effective, grounded, and joyful — whether as a person, a team, an organisation, or a community.

I grew up as nr 2 of five children, raised by a single mother after my father drowned while serving in the Navy. That loss shaped me early: it made me a survivor, driven to overachieve, and curious about what makes people strong — and what makes them struggle.
After technical studies, my service as a navigation officer in the navy, and a bachelor’s in marketing, I began my career in sales and marketing. A failing merger during my Executive MBA changed my direction. I became fascinated by the human dynamics that surfaced and discovered a natural talent for dialogue. Facilitating sessions — from clients to deep inside the organisation — helped people reconnect, make sense together, and find shared direction. It became clear this was the work I was meant to do.
Personal Background

I moved to a strategy boutique, and during that period met a Native American chief who became a formative teacher. Choosing to learn from him brought me onto a path of healing, dialogue, and personal growth. He introduced me to ceremony and to principles that still guide my work with individuals, teams, and communities. With him, I broadened my scope to also working with cities and youngsters.
Letting go of my corporate career aspirations, I stepped into life as an independent consultant — the trickster role, as the natives call it — able to weave together professionalism, intuition, and my deep trust in nature. Over the years I added embodied learning, voice dialogue coaching, improv theatre, and training as a mountain guide.
Today, alongside my consulting and community work, I serve as a trustee on the board of the Academy of Professional Dialogue.
After having raised my family, I chose to emigrate to the Swedish countryside, close to nature, part of a sustainability-oriented community that practices permaculture, mutual support, and mindful living.
